Pastor Mrs. Helen Ojei

Pastor Helen Ojei, the second of eight children born to Mr. Geoffrey and Mrs. Justina Adagbor of Umunede, Delta State, is a devoted teacher, mother, and a steadfast partner to her husband, Pastor Charles Ojei, both in ministry and life. With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Pastor Helen brings wisdom, discernment, and spiritual insight to her role in the church. Deeply grounded in the scriptures, she dedicates herself to excellence in every endeavor and to advancing the mission of The Lighted Church.
Married to Pastor Charles Ojei at the age of 20, Pastor Helen seamlessly built both her family and the church family alongside her husband. She surrendered her life to Christ on January 28, 1989, and her faith journey has been a testimony of patience and trust in God. After a 15-year wait following the birth of her first child, Sheila Charles-Ojei, she joyfully welcomed her promised son, Charles Chukwunonso Charles-Ojei, in 2001. Her life is richly blessed, carrying the prayers and prophetic blessings of her late father and mother-in-law, who she lovingly cared for in their final days. These blessings are evident in her thriving marriage, family, and ministry.
Pastor Helen’s life is a shining example of unwavering faith and uncompromising dedication to God. As Vice President of her husband’s companies, co-Pastor of The Lighted Church, and a homemaker of excellence, she balances her roles with grace and strength. A guiding light to the women of the church, she encourages them to embrace their roles as wives and mothers with humility and submission, as modeled in Christ’s teachings. Pastor Helen ministers with profound wisdom and anointing, reflecting the grace, deliverance, and wisdom of God in her every word and action.
